Chicken & Leek Pie
When we started to make all these Japanese Fusion and Italian Fusion Pies, our customers asked us to make a normal pie. There had been too many normal pies out there and we didn’t want to be the same. But our customers insisted. So here is a classic recipe re-interpreted by Posh Foods!
The big difference is that we don’t freeeeeeeeze our pies. When food is frozen, water molecules enter the gaps between fibres in the food and would expand as they form ice particles. When thawed out, they would taste different. Flavour would be lost, texture would change and often the food become a bit soggy too. Ours is Fresh and never been Frozen!
